“Ryan was the best!!! He was so through with our maintenance service call. Answered my questions and went though the heat pump heater humidifier. I enjoyed talking with him, too. I rate his service a “ten””
“Our air conditioning fan was running intermittently although the heat was on. Ryan, the repair man checked out everything thoroughly and found a loose wire. He was very pleasant and respectful of our flooring. He also showed me how to set the humidifier correctly. We have been customers of C and C for 20 years and have no complaints.”
“C&C advertises that they do hot water heating and plumbing, but when I called they were very specific that they DO NOT do any plumbing systems at all?”
“Steve immediately came to our house on an emergency call and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for the good service.”
“This was a follow up repair appointment. The part arrived within 3 days. Steve was our technician for the replacement part. He was knowledgeable, courteous and completed the repair in a timely manner. After the replacement part was installed, he also determined that there was a delay in the furnace start up and discovered that a capacitor was failing which may have caused our initial issue. Had that replaced as well because I’d rather be safe than sorry. Thanks C&C!”
