C&C Maintenance Inspection
What is included in your spring and fall C&C Maintenance Inspection?
- Checking refrigerant levels
- Tightening electrical connections
- Inspecting, cleaning, or replacing standard disposable filters and belts
- Checking for proper voltage and amp draw
- Testing defrost controls
- Checking both indoor and outdoor coils and cleaning if necessary
- Oiling and greasing motors where required
- Cleaning and adjusting furnace if needed
- Ensuring that all safety controls are in proper working order
- Checking and cleaning condensate pumps
