“This was a follow up repair appointment. The part arrived within 3 days. Steve was our technician for the replacement part. He was knowledgeable, courteous and completed the repair in a timely manner. After the replacement part was installed, he also determined that there was a delay in the furnace start up and discovered that a capacitor was failing which may have caused our initial issue. Had that replaced as well because I’d rather be safe than sorry. Thanks C&C!”
