“About 4 months ago i had my heat pump replaced with a Trane heat pump in my mobile home. To date i am very unhappy with the replacement as the outdoor unit compressor is louder than words can describe. IFor the money i had to pay there is no reason for the outdoor compressor to sound like an overbearing grinder. you can at times hear very loudly it from inside the house or from the roadway 100 feet away. Also the indoor air handler makes a hissing sound whenever the heat pump shuts off for a very long period of time. Was also told this was normal but you can hear it hissing from the adjacent bedroom. These problems are anything but normal and i would not recommend Trane and i tend not to trust the opinions of the technician. Very unhappy”

Very professional, explained everything in detail as she worked through the replacement of the blower. She, also, explained why sometimes with a brand new system a certain part might not have been installed correctly causing the problem we were experiencing. .

“I have been using C&C Heating and Air since my house was built 20 years ago. Recently, I experienced issues with my furnace that required both a service visit and ultimately the installation of a new unit. I truly can’t say enough about the exceptional experience I had with the service technician, sales team, and installation crew.
What stood out the most was their honesty—something that feels increasingly rare—as well as the friendliness and professionalism of every person I interacted with. They turned the unfortunate situation of needing a new furnace into a positive experience. I wish I could remember each of their names, because every one of them was outstanding.

Thank you again. The installer was courteous and told us everything up front. And he even showed us how to use the remote control. 😁”
“Installation of electric hot water heater and expansion tank, technician's were VERY nice, prompt and knowledgeable.
Showed us what the system lay out would be and after installation of our first ever expansion tank above the new water heater the plumbing is much more direct, efficient, and appealing than the maze of copper tubing installed by the home builder 34 years ago.
C&C had also installed our heat/ac pump in 2020, our 3rd system over the years but 1st system from C&C, they said it will boost AC flow to the upstairs bedrooms, and they were correct, we haven't used the portable window AC unit for a comfortable nights sleep in 5 years.

“Have been a customer for over 6 years now. Reported a problem with water in pan. Technician charged me $260 dollars to repair a PVC elbow that was leaking for some reason. System has been in place for 5 years now. Thinking that the adhesive that joins the PVC joints was not adequate or somehow failed. Concerned about long term ongoing failures of PVC joints. Very disappointed in the cost. Have a 10-year parts and warranty. Was told this wasn't covered for some reason. Totally confused on the coverage at this point. The technician wasn't comfortable on talking through this issue.”
“We have been using C&C for 12+ years. They are reliable, prompt and courteous. Besides yearly maintenance of heating and AC, they worked with us to install a whole house humidifier and new AC system. I trust their expertise and recommendations. What I love most is that they give you a heads-up before arrival and include the name and photo of the technician, which gives me peace of mind when I am hoe alone. A+++ !!!”
