“Outstanding service for many years on the unit they installed over ten years ago. Professional service and reliable.”
“After using another “employee owned” company for 20+ years, we became highly dissatisfied how each of their visits became as much about the upsell as about the HVAC service and repair.
We received a recommendation from a friend about C & C and we are so happy we did! Our AC stopped working and our technician Harley was amazingly pleasant and knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue on a 96 degree day. He could have easily upsold us that we need a new system etc (as we know our prior company would have) but he diagnosed and repaired an inexpensive issue and we are back up and running!
Great work and you’ve got a new loyal customer!”
“Harley was once again, amazing. He was very professional and such a good listener. He took time to explain everything to us, and assured us that if we weren’t satisfied moving forward, we should call the office. It is technicians like Harley that would encourage me to recommend your company to my family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you, Harley, for a great experience. We appreciate it!”
“We have always been pleased with C&C for all our heating and air conditioning services!”
