“7/15/26 I own a rental property that needed service on the AC. The service man (Steve) who came out was very rude to my tenant. He was there for 10 minutes threw up his hands cursed in front of my tenant and then left without fixing anything. I called and told them my complaints and they said "we are sorry that happened but you still owe us $200 for the service call". No asking if they could send someone else to try and fix my problem, nothing. I will NOT be calling them again for any type of service.”
