“Waited until 5 minutes before 3 o'clock and a phone call to headquarters for someone to arrive. The Tech. who arrived was very nice and said he got instructions to come from Quakertown. Guess there was some kind of confusion with scheduling. Chris was pleasent and efficient. All good from that point onwards. If someone was delayed from original scheduling a phone call would be nice.”
