Hi, Patrick. We hear you – the last 6-7 months have been frustrating. When we replaced your AC in 2021, there were a couple good years and then we replaced a clogged filter and reset the board. Based on our records, the problem hit when the furnace was replaced separately earlier this year. We know that intermittent issues are maddening – we hope you at least feel that we’ve been in the trenches with you. We have been working directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue which seems to be related to the manufacturer’s coil configuration.
