Our AC stopped working and our technician Harley was amazingly pleasant and knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue on a 96 degree day. He could have easily upsold us that we need a new system etc (as we know our prior company would have) but he diagnosed and repaired an inexpensive issue and we are back up and running!
