“Jim came out to my home on 06/06/2024 for AC maintenance, and provided a tip-tier service experience. His expertise, experience, knowledge and professionalism did not go under appreciated or unnoticed. He identified a few flaws with our current heat/air setup, made considerate and appropriate suggestions to help with space and our future setup, and relayed a few helpful tips to help with airflow in the home. I also took his advice and will be proactively ordering a new hot water heater for installation / setup in the coming months as my current HWH is long overdue. Thank you again.”
