“Purchased a 9 year old house and after taking ownership, found out the A/C was not working. Since the unit was installed by C&C, call them to come out and service it. Thomas came the next day and said the unit was very low on Freon, so he charged it and it was working well when he left. He was friendly and very helpful. He also pointed out that the unit was only 2 years old and it has a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, but it must be transferred within 30 days from the manufacturer. This was great information, otherwise I would have never know about the warranty and it would have expired after 30 days. Next day, the unit wasn't working anymore. Chad came out the next business day and diagnosed the problem as a Freon like and would need to contact the manufacturer and order the part. Once the part came in, it was installed by Chad who was also very friendly and answered all my question. The unit is working great, so thank you Thomas and Chad for making the house livable again. I'm very pleased with C&C and will be using them next time I have an HVAC problem.”

“Ryan arrived and diagnosed the problem right away. Ryan checked the system for other possible faults. He replaced the inoperable fan motor, plugged it in and it worked! He tested the system again to make sure it was operating properly. Now we have cold air! Yay!!! Thank you Ryan! Ryan is very friendly and knowledgeable technician!!”
