“I have been using C&C Heating and Air since my house was built 20 years ago. Recently, I experienced issues with my furnace that required both a service visit and ultimately the installation of a new unit. I truly can’t say enough about the exceptional experience I had with the service technician, sales team, and installation crew.
What stood out the most was their honesty—something that feels increasingly rare—as well as the friendliness and professionalism of every person I interacted with. They turned the unfortunate situation of needing a new furnace into a positive experience. I wish I could remember each of their names, because every one of them was outstanding.

“Have been a customer for over 6 years now. Reported a problem with water in pan. Technician charged me $260 dollars to repair a PVC elbow that was leaking for some reason. System has been in place for 5 years now. Thinking that the adhesive that joins the PVC joints was not adequate or somehow failed. Concerned about long term ongoing failures of PVC joints. Very disappointed in the cost. Have a 10-year parts and warranty. Was told this wasn't covered for some reason. Totally confused on the coverage at this point. The technician wasn't comfortable on talking through this issue.”
“I had two mini splits installed. A salesman was out within a few days of my call to give me an estimate and the job was completed within a week. The crew were punctual, neat and respectful of my home and property. The installation took about 5 hours. They did a beautiful job. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.”

“Waited until 5 minutes before 3 o'clock and a phone call to headquarters for someone to arrive. The Tech. who arrived was very nice and said he got instructions to come from Quakertown. Guess there was some kind of confusion with scheduling. Chris was pleasent and efficient. All good from that point onwards. If someone was delayed from original scheduling a phone call would be nice.”
