During one of the coldest weeks our heater decided to stop working. We got a lot of recommendations but heard great things about C&C, they answered our call immediately and came right out. Their prices were fair and communication was great. They came 2 days later, Brian was so friendly, patient (with my dog home), and professional. We are happy to use a local business and will continue doing so in the future.

We had an odd issue of condensation on the inside of our second floor windows. I called C&C and they had. service technician out the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem and put a temporary solution in place while we awaited the replacement part. They got the part in that week and scheduled our repair. All in all, they had us back up and running in less than 7 days. Very pleased and will be continuing to use C&C for all our HVAC needs!

Todd arrived on time and I appreciated knowing who was arriving and when! He did a thorough job and answered all my questions.
Our service technician, Tom, was incredibly friendly and professional, and he was able to quickly restore our home heating service. My wife and I recently purchased our home and Tom had actually worked with the previous homeowner, and he was familiar with our system. Tom provided us with a full overview of the system and answered all of our questions. The customer service representative i spoke with to schedule was very helpful and managed to schedule our service the same day. I would highly recommend C&C for home heating service.
C&C was able to get out to our home and get the A/C running on short notice, in the middle of a heatwave. Our tech, Thomas, walked us thru the issue in a very professional manner.
C&C installed my HVAC equipment 20 years ago, and replaced the AC units 2 years ago. Their sales, customer service team and techs are consistently on-time and efficient. The maintenance plan has made upkeep simple and the new AC units look and sound better than my old units.
